Toys Swap At Pick-Up

Items ordered online and marked as 'pick-up from store' are not eligible for swapping with in-store items unless tested to be faulty at the point of collection.

 

Refund Policy

No Refund, No Exchange on items bought in GOOD condition from our stores

We DO NOT refund, under no circumstances.

 

Returns Policy

We operate 24hours return Policy. We sell mostly preowned items and preowned items dont come in Packs. We recommend you ask for detailed pictures of items ordered (if its a pre-own item) before it ships. We accept returns of items ordered if its returned 24hrs after you recieve your item.

Returns are allowed, on the grounds that:

~ The item got to you broken or with torn fabric

~ A wrong item was shipped to you,

~ The item was delivered faulty. (electronic items)

Shipping cost are bourne by the customer; exceptions on wrong items shipped,

We only accept returns on PREOWNED items

 

Exchange Policy

No Exchange on items bought in GOOD condition from our stores

We allow exchange of items with the exact replica. In the event that its out of stock, we allow the customer to pick another item of their choice within the same price range.

Items slated for returns if delivered to doorstep within Abuja; are returned by the CUSTOMER to our shop to enable them pick a replacement after thorough inspection.

Duration: We accept 24 hours after delivery of items.
